We want to send a huge congratulations to Autumn, our newest Nashville Industry Fund Down Payment Assistance Grant recipient!
Autumn is a professional songwriter who has spent the last 10 years building her career in Nashville. With more than 280 released songs across country, pop, and K-pop, she’s made a lasting contribution to the music industry while continuing to write and collaborate with artists every week. Like so many music industry professionals, her work takes dedication, talent, and a whole lot of persistence.
After a decade of calling Nashville home, we’re excited to help Autumn take the next step toward homeownership. Owning a home means more than having a place to live. It means putting down roots, building equity, and investing in the community you help make special. We’re proud to support the people behind the music and help make homeownership possible for those who keep Nashville Music City.
