Update… all is gone but there will be more soon!

We have lots of produce for who ever needs it. There aer lots of peppers, cucumbers and zucchini… i also see that we have quite a few watermelons growing!!
Let me know if you would like the produce or stop by St. John Lutheran and ask for it.

We have a fantastic food pantry here at the St John Lutheran Church also! We are here to feed the hungry together!

On Sunday, we had a little bit of a flashback from last year, but thanks to some awesome volunteers early in the year who put some tiling down and helped with preparing the garden. We were able to pump out the water and save the garden so far this year. We have lots of summer squash and zucchini growing and will be ready very soon! All the other plants are doing well and we’re praying that we have lots of produce this year to give to the community!

Feel free to help yourself to the garden! The community garden is here for who ever needs it.

Big thanks also to 5-2-1-0 Healthy Choices Count Grant in 2025 for the funds to purchase the sump pump and various other equipment for the garden!

Thank you NP students for volunteering last week to come help at the community garden! The shed is looking more beautiful and the garden was finally ready to till.
The Community garden is back this year… it was a hard first year being flooded out but we have a better plan this year! Stay tuned for more! Reach out if you want to get involved!!!
