While our programs have developed through the years to reflect the changing needs of the Greater Nashua community, our mission is just as vital today as it was when we were founded in 1987. Our four core programs deliver services to more than 1,000 individuals from the Greater Nashua area each year. Many of the services provided are for basic necessities - shelter, heat, food, medical care, transp

ortation, supportive services, and education. Being able to provide such basic necessities is critical to the core well-being and strength of our families as they struggle to overcome hardships that have resulted from a crisis such as the loss of a job, insurance benefits, serious illness, or any other event that changed the balance of family life.

We are excited to welcome Paige Hultman as our new Board Chair and look forward to the leadership, vision, and guidance she will bring to Front Door Agency.

We are also incredibly grateful to Nick Frasca for his hard work, leadership, and dedication throughout his FY26 term as Board Chair.

Finally, we would like to extend a very special thank you to Christine Malloy for three years of dedicated service on our Board of Directors. We are deeply grateful for the time, insight, and commitment she has shared in support of our mission and the families we serve.

The Front Door Agency extends our heartfelt congratulations and gratitude to Dick Ober as he celebrates his retirement from the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

Our CEO, Maryse Wirbal, was honored to attend the Foundation’s Annual Meeting, which was a wonderful tribute to Dick’s extraordinary leadership and decades of service to New Hampshire’s nonprofit community.

Dick’s commitment to strengthening nonprofits and communities across our state has made a lasting impact, including on organizations like ours.

We also warmly welcome Shawn Morehead as the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation’s new President and CEO and look forward to the Foundation’s continued leadership and partnership.
