Over the course of Ramadan, we have been having weekly competitions for the kids. They have done an excellent job. We still have one more competition left. We hope to see all the kids continuing with their involvement and we will update you soon on the next questions.

With cooler weather just around the corner, now is a great time to take advantage of my indoor fitness classes located at the NEMC.

Help improve your health and fitness level with classes that include light weight lifting, calisthenics, and core training.

The classes are 6pm Tuesday and Thursday. The first month is only $49. After this, regular pricing is $69 a month.
