Been awfully quiet on this page for quite some time. Before the end of the month Veterans day falls on, I'd like to give a big thank you to all the Vets that came before me. If anyone out there is struggling with PTSD get involved in the Veteran community. I was lucky enough to meet WWII, Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, and fellow vets of the wars on terror. Citizens Supporting Warriors (CSW) is a social assistance organization with a relentless pursuit of delivering support to our nation's heroes in every branch of the military, the disabled and those with various illness; to make a difference in people's lives by promoting, and hosting charitable fundraising events and activities, including the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; to drive service member appreciation and increase public awareness through outreach programs, educational campaigns and information sharing; to work in cooperation with the community and develop an association of persons interested in supporting post-service trauma issues such as PTSD and su***de prevention.As an organization of all volunteers, there are no paid staff members. This Petition helps prevent wage garnishment for roughly 10,000 Veterans many of whom served multiple combat tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I am surprised they only have 14,435 signatures on it. Started this weekend they need a minimum of 100,000 signatures by Nov 21st. Sign and Share if you agree.
