Story #2: When Latha asked me if there are any folks who could stitch 15 masks for SNH, very first day we had 6 volunteers & I drove around houses to drop kits. My very first FB , drew in more volunteers & I was running around to drop & pick face mask kits. I was really exhausted & tired. That’s when Deepa introduced me to Kartik. I know Kartik , but then really didn’t know him very well. I don’t think I can explain in words about Kartik. He is an amazing human being. The min he stepped into NE MASKATEERS, he pretty much took control of all our delivery schedules. How now formed a team of 10+ volunteers to drive around. I made a life long friend. Thank you Kartik 🙏. Oh! One more time Kartik wears off NE MASKATEERS is raising money for our project. Kartik, Deepa, Gautam, Jasmine & many more from Nashua Indian community is raising funds. Thank you all 🙏
Kartik has multiple talents. Check out his poem on Face masks

A parody on the nursery rhyme “A-tisket, a-tasket”, honoring the England Maskateers which has sewn and delivered over 2200 masks to date. So here we go:
A-tisket a-tasket
Green and yellow mask-kits,
We dropped it, we dropped it
To New Hampshire and Mass-a-chusetts
Fairy angels picked the kit
And started to work on it
This cloth or that fabric
Will it be lace or is it elastic
They worked and they toiled
They burnt the midnight oil
Every day, a few more to do
But the heart is all in, and so they sew
A-tisket a-tasket
Many done, colorful mask sets
We picked them, we picked them,
All perfectly sewn, with a hem
Masks delivered, to the true fighters
To our heroes, to the front liners
Distance afar, but let’s keep near
Together, we can allay the fear,
If we can wipe, but one single tear
We can give a silent hooray, to the Masketeers
A-tisket a-tasket
100’s of masks, in a basket!
