Planning for the Narberth 4th of July Festivities:
As of 1:00PM on Thursday, July 2nd, we are still planning to move forward with all activities on the 4th of July schedule listed at https://narberthfireworks.org/events-%26-sponsors
We know it will be HOT on Saturday during the daytime events. Please dress appropriately for the weather and HYDRATE. Wear sunscreen, wear hats, and take advantage of the shade. We will have a βcooling tentβ area with water, cold towels, misting fans, and shaded seating. Our food vendors will also be selling water, popsicles, and ice cream (among other tasty treats). As always, we ask that you please leave dogs at home for this event (especially in the heat).
Please check our website, Facebook and Instagram for updates regarding the evening concert and fireworks. We will do everything in our power to proceed with the show as planned, even if it means pushing back a little due to storms (although at the moment things seem to be trending in our favor). Again, dress for the weather and STAY HYDRATED. Our food vendors will have refreshing treats, but you should make sure to bring water. As a reminder, blankets and tarps are not allowed on the field until 6PM in an effort to protect the grass for the rest of the summer season.
Please check out our website at narberthfireworks.org and do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions!
We are an all-volunteer group and rely on community support to keep these events going.
