We have just finished 4 days of connecting, learning from each other, and planning out the next steps in the Greater Juarez valley churches. The Churches are in the hands of pastors that care deeply about their congregations and we are excited to see what God has planned for the future.

Our GI Thailand team is ready to board for HongKong. Our hearts are full. We have fallen in love with the Thai culture. The people are so kind. Before we left Mae Sot we took a visit to the Thai/Burma border and spent time praying for the government to stop killing its own.
We would appreciate your prayers as we process next steps and how God will use this trip to make us live and look more like Christ.

We spent our last day with Outpour taking a field trip with all of the youth. We went to the Thararak waterfall and had a blast climbing up the falls and sitting in the cool water coming down.
Then the tough part, the goodbyes. Many tears shed and hugs given. We start our journey back home tomorrow late afternoon.
We are grateful and dare to say extremely proud of our own Kristy Mikel as she ministers to the displaced youth of Burma.
Thanks for praying, more updates on this trip tomorrow.

Our team arrived at Outpour this morning a little after 10:00 am. We are grateful for Gods favor in travel. After our introductions and orientation we grabbed a bite for lunch then came back to the team housing and packed a ton of eggs that will be hidden for the youth to find after our church service. We are now preparing for tomorrow’s service. Our Easter service will begin at 8:30 am Sunday ( 8:30 pm Eastern time Saturday). Although tired, our team is thrilled to be with Kristy, Amy and the Outpour team. We are thankful for a praying church and encourage you to keep interceding on behalf of this team as well our students traveling to the Baby Centre in Kenya. IT IS FINISHED!!!

This team will be spending the next 10 days with our friends at Outpour family foundation in Mae Sot Thailand. We have a couple days of travel each way. Pray that our team is unified under the leading of the Holy Spirit and we represent the Kingdom of heaven well. Pray for our dear sister Kristy Mikel and the outpouring team to be encouraged by our time together.

Our GI DART team just pulled into NMC. We never take safe travel for granted and thank God for getting us back home healthy. Thanks to those who faithfully prayed for this team. We are coming away from this trip with full hearts and gratitude for new friendships. The Grand Hall will never be the same for this group!

We finished with the repairs of the church Saturday and got everything set up for Sundays service. Yesterday we were able to attend church with our brothers and sisters at the Queensbury Missionary Church. We had a wonderful service with Khristopher, Toby and Doug sharing their Reality Is skit and Bryce did the preaching. We fell in love with the people of this church. This afternoon we make our way back home and will arrive in South Bend tomorrow night. Pray for a good debrief time with this team. God is good!

We’ve had some very productive days at the Queensbury Missionary Church. Tomorrow we should finish the repairs on the inside of the church and will paint the outside to give it a fresh new look. Our teem is really bonding together. There’s something special when multiple generations come together with Christ at the center. Lifelong relationships are made.
We thanked God this evening that no one was injured with the windy conditions working with metal roofing.
At the end of our day pastor Donovan took us to lovers leap to view the ocean from the top of the cliff. It was beautiful! Maybe not so romantic with 12 men😬 then we went for some Jerk chicken.
Tomorrow we hope to get everything ready for Sundays service.

Our DART team is hard at work along side of the wonderful congregation of the Queensbury Missionary Church. They had lost a few portions of their roof and sustained damage inside the church. We will help do the inside repairs and replace another section of the roof that was patched but needs to be replaced. We are grateful for your prayers.
