What matters most is being dependable, willing to learn, and committed to making a difference in a child's life.

400 witches, warlocks, and friends came out for an incredible night in support of CASA, and we couldn’t be more grateful! With beautiful weather, an amazing turnout, and so much community spirit, this year’s Witches Brew was truly magical!

A HUGE thank-you to the Defiance Main Street and Visitors Bureau for putting together such a fantastic event, to the VFW Post 3360 for hosting the after-party and serving up amazing food, and to all of the participating businesses who helped make the evening so much fun!

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out, joined the fun, and helped support CASA’s mission of advocating for children who have experienced abuse or neglect. Every bit of community support helps us continue being a voice for children who need one.

Bullying is more than just unkind words or hurt feelings. It can make a child question their worth, lose confidence, feel unsafe, and believe that no one will understand. Sometimes, the hardest part isn’t the bullying itself… it’s feeling like you have no one to tell.

When a child is bullied, their voice can become very small. Every child deserves someone who will listen, believe, and stand beside them.

Be the person they can tell.

We’ve been a little quiet around here… but for good reason!

For the past three days, a group of Northwest Ohio CASA staff and volunteers has been at the Ohio CASA Conference. Where we have been learning, collaborating, sharing ideas, and connecting with others who are passionate about advocating for children.

We’re bringing new knowledge, fresh perspectives, and renewed energy home with us as we continue working to better serve the children and families in our communities.
