This morning we were able to show some appreciation to our host location- Grace Community Church!

Their generosity, support, and commitment to sharing God's love make it possible for students in our community to learn about Jesus each week. We are grateful for our partnership and the impact it has in the lives of children and families.

Last night we were able to recognize our incredible team of staff and volunteers at LifeWise Napoleon! What a fun night of sharing, laughing, and celebrating all the ways that God has moved through this group of people that has become a family to us. We cannot say “Thank You” enough to show the appreciation we have for each of them and the gifts they bring.

Today ended our LifeWise year and our time with our 8th grade students. Our LifeWise program will not be expanding into ...

Today ended our LifeWise year and our time with our 8th grade students. Our LifeWise program will not be expanding into High School at this time, but that’s ok! As we patiently wait on God’s timing, we trust that these students will take all that they’ve learned and be difference makers in their homes, schools, and community.
Today we spent our last day together with a time of prayer and commissioning. Students were reminded of the love Jesus and us at Napoleon LifeWise have for them. They were reminded of their part in the Great Commission to go spread the good news and make disciples.
Students were also able to hear from one of our high school FCA leaders who shared about the program and encouraged them to check it out!
And of course, we ended with some gifts and 9 square!!

Today we said goodbye to our 7th graders. It’s been a great year with them and as we sat with them today and spent time reflecting over our year we asked the question “ What was your favorite lesson or thing about LifeWise this year?” As the answers came in it wasn’t about the snacks or the 9 square- it was these responses:
“ I liked the discipleship lessons- I’m always drawn to those in the Bible.”
“As an FCA leader I was able to take some of our lessons we learned and use them at FCA.”
“ LifeWise has helped me grow stronger in my faith.”
Many of our students commented that they loved our Great Questions day where they got to hear their volunteers share their testimonies and answer student questions.
These are just a few- there were many more!
We have enjoyed these students and appreciate their commitment to their faith! We can’t wait to welcome them back next year as 8th graders!
