Reminder--Lake Lorelei Annual Meeting is Sunday, July 26th at 7:00 pm at Jake and Paula Fizer 's house. As many of you know, the pool is not an option for this, as it broke in early July. We would still love to see you in attendance. Please let us know who is planning to attend.

Reminder to those who have not paid your 2026 or prior years dues, we will begin filing liens soon on those properties.

I wanted to give all residents an update. We have completed the additional work on the dam as required by the Missouri DNR, Dam Safety Division. We are waiting on final approval from them. Once we have this, we will not have to have periodic inspections on the dam. We are now moving on to roads. Over the next several days, we will be doing some work on the bad places and getting rock spread once the work is done. We will be setting a date for an annual meeting soon and sending out notice of this.

We have had complaints of dirt bikes and side by sides on private property in Lake Lorelei. If you or your kids are riding, please be sure you or they are on a platted roadway and not someone's private property and driving reasonable speeds and not tearing up roadways. If it continues, the sheriff will be called. If you need clarification on where the actual road to the dam is located, please contact one of your Trustees. Thank you for respecting other people's property.
