What an incredible weekend in Portugal! 🇵🇹

On Saturday, we had the privilege of hosting our very own conference in Mangualde, organized by our students and local trainers.

Then, on Sunday, we celebrated a historic milestone: our first Leadership Outreach graduation in the city of Braga, Portugal! 🎓

Our hearts are filled with deep gratitude to God for His faithfulness. Four years ago, when we first came to Portugal, we could not have imagined all that He would do through the relationships, leaders, and churches He has connected us with.

We are especially grateful to our local trainers and leaders for the trust they placed in us from the very beginning. Thank you for opening your churches, embracing the vision, and walking with us in this journey of training leaders and multiplying disciples.

This graduation is the beginning of something much greater. 🔥

Greater things are yet to come in Portugal and across Europe. We believe God is raising up disciples who will make disciples, leaders who will equip leaders, and churches that will multiply.

All for the glory of God! 🙏❤️

It was a privilege to speak at the 2026 Missionary Conference — A Generation on Mission, bringing together ministry leaders from Portugal 🇵🇹, Italy 🇮🇹, Spain 🇪🇸, Pakistan 🇵🇰, India 🇮🇳, and other nations. 🙌

One of the highlights was meeting with our Leadership Outreach coordinator in Pakistan and hearing about the state of the local churches and the Training Centers we have established there. Many of our brothers and sisters continue to face fierce persecution because of their faith in Christ.

It reminded me of Augustine of Hippo’s words:

“The earth has been filled with the blood of the martyrs as with seed, and from that seed have sprung the crops of the church.”

The Gospel cannot be stopped. The Church cannot be silenced. And disciples of Jesus will continue to make disciples—even in the face of persecution.

Please pray for our brothers and sisters in Pakistan and for believers around the world who faithfully follow Jesus at great cost. May God give us the same courage and passion to make disciples wherever He has placed us. 🙏🔥

These last couple of days in Cape Verde 🇨🇻 have been incredible.

I had the privilege of visiting some of our church leaders and hearing story after story of how God is using them to advance His Kingdom through church planting—and how local churches are mobilizing disciples to make more disciples of Jesus 🙌.

I also heard so many stories of how the power of the Gospel transforms lives 🔥. One story especially impacted me: a man who went through a drug addiction recovery program encountered the love of Christ and surrendered his life to Jesus. Years later, he became the pastor of a thriving church in the same town 🙌.

Now, the story is coming full circle.

Our coordinator is preparing to launch a new Training Center in that same rehabilitation center. About 40 men will have the opportunity to first hear about the love of Christ and the hope of the Gospel, and then grow as disciples through our Level 1 discipleship training.

Some of our trainers and students will be leading this training and walking alongside these men as they grow in their relationship with Jesus, learn to follow Him, and ultimately make disciples of others.

The Gospel of Jesus Christ transforms lives. Disciples become disciple-makers. And the local church is mobilized to reach others.

What an incredible privilege to witness what God is doing in Cape Verde. Please keep praying for these leaders, these churches, and the many lives that will be impacted for God’s glory 🙌🙏.

Exciting news from the Amazon jungle—Cuchillococha, Perú 🇵🇪

Together with 414 Missions, we are training pastors and ministry leaders for the glory of God and the advancement of the Great Commission to the ends of the earth. 🙌🌎

Multiplying disciples. Training leaders. Advancing the Gospel…

Please pray for what God is doing in this region and for the leaders He is raising up to reach their communities with the Gospel of Jesus Christ!🙏🔥

We want to thank God for the partnership we have with Ahadi Empowerment Academy and for the privilege of providing Bible training on a weekly basis to many of their students.

Over the last couple of days, we have heard so many testimonies about how the Lord is using these students to bring the light of the Gospel into their own communities. There is one student alone who is now teaching more than 30 people! 🙌

This is what intentional discipleship is all about: multiplication.

We also praise God for the doors He is opening for us to build meaningful connections with local pastors and churches. LO’s goal is to establish multiple training centers throughout this country in partnership with local pastors and churches—providing biblical training, equipping and multiplying ministry leaders, strengthening churches, and making disciples who make disciples.

God is on the move, and we have no time to waste! 🙏🔥

Hello everyone. Believe it or not, I’ll have the privilege of preaching in Rome tomorrow Sunday for which I am thankful. (I can’t get into the back story now.) Leadership Outreach is currently training pastors and leaders in Italian in Milan and south of Venice. We are now praying to God to open doors for us to train pastors and church members in Spanish in Rome. This is Pastor Rodolfo in the picture with me. He is from Peru, and has lived here for almost twenty years. He’s a faithful servant who pastors a small church in Rome that is growing in the Lord. The need for biblical training, leadership development, and pastoral care in this country is evident. Leadership Outreach provides theological education with emphasis on ministry development and church planting. We are now in 32 countries around the world. Pray for our ministry and all gospel-driven ministries that equip pastors and leaders around the world to better equip the Church. For more information, please visit: wwwLeadershipOutreach.com.
