At our March guild meeting, I was presented with an awesome Star Trek themed quilt for my 2 years of service as Guild President by Mary Meek. The front of the quilt has some Star Trek comic book panels, and the back has some space-related applique along with the Enterprise and the following twist on the Star Trek statement:

If you are not aware, we also have a Naples Quilters Guild Community group page that is open to everyone to join. On this page, you can see updates from individual members of the group, pictures of quilts, humorous memes, tips and techniques, anything that is sewing and quilting related.

I am excited to announce that our 2026 Stitches in Time Quilt show will have a "Celebrating America at 250" show theme. There will be a special award ribbon for "Best Use of Show Theme" presented to the quilt that best represents this theme. All quilts in any category are eligible. In our main exhibit area, all of the quilts submitted with the show theme will be hung together.

The 2026 Stitches In Time Quilt Show is Friday March 6 from 9-4 and Saturday March 7 from 9-3.
