What better way to wrap up summer than with a WILD adventure at the Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens! 🦒🐒🐯

Our North Naples Education Center students celebrated the end of summer with a day of exploring, learning, laughing and getting up close with some incredible animals. From watching the monkeys swing through the trees to feeding the giraffes, there was something exciting around every corner.

Field trips like this are about so much more than a fun day away. They give our students a chance to experience what they’ve learned, ask questions, try something new and make memories together.

A pretty perfect way to say goodbye to summer and get ready for another great school year! 💙🌳

We are incredibly grateful to Empty Bowls of Naples for awarding the North Naples Education Center a $6,000 grant to support our Meal Prep Program!

Because of your generosity, our students will continue to learn valuable cooking and nutrition skills while gaining confidence, independence, and healthy habits that will benefit them for years to come. Learning how to prepare nutritious meals is an essential life skill, and this program helps make that opportunity possible.

🌊 Learning comes to life when curiosity leads the way! 🐠💙

Last Wednesday, our students enjoyed an unforgettable field trip to Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, where they explored the incredible world beneath the waves.

From gently touching rays and sea stars to observing penguins up close and discovering a vibrant coral reef farm, every exhibit sparked questions, excitement, and wonder. Experiences like these help bring science to life while encouraging curiosity, confidence, and a deeper appreciation for our oceans and the amazing creatures that call them home.

A huge thank you to Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium for providing such an engaging and educational experience for our students. We made memories that will last a lifetime!

🎉☀️ What a way to celebrate the end of an amazing school year!

Our Last Day of School Extravaganza was packed with laughter, friendly competition, and plenty of fun. Students enjoyed games, hula hoop contests, music, water balloon activities, and even the challenge of rolling Oreos down their faces without using their hands!

The fun wasn't just for the kids. Parents joined in the excitement, cheered on participants, and even took part in a few games themselves. It was a wonderful afternoon filled with smiles, energy, and great memories.

A huge thank you to our families, volunteers, and staff for helping make this celebration so special. We are incredibly proud of all our students have accomplished this year and wish everyone a safe, happy, and fun-filled summer! 🌞🎈💙

Our students get to snuggle up and read to the sweetest little listener. With a soft, gentle bunny by their side, reading becomes something to look forward to. Confidence grows, skills improve, and the magic of stories comes to life in the most comforting way.

Gargiulo Education Center is now North Naples Education Center (NNEC).

While our name has changed, our mission has not. We remain deeply committed to supporting children and families across our community with the academic support, resources, and encouragement they need to thrive.

Over the next few weeks, you’ll begin to see this transition reflected across our materials, signage, and online presence.

This new name better reflects who we are today and the families we serve throughout North Naples.

Same mission. New name. Continued impact.
