The July 20th meeting of the BPOA members has been cancelled, as the Board has decided to schedule a future membersโ€™ meeting for a vote on REVISED governing documents. There is no timeline, but the Board would like to proceed expeditiously.

The membership will be re-noticed with a new date and time, including the proposed revised amended and restated docs. โ€ข Using tอŸhอŸeอŸiอŸrอŸ App, you can call the driver. Tell them you want to text them a code so they can enter the gate.
โ€ข Enter them into your EntranceIQ App and use the phone # they provided to send the code.

This makes it much faster since English may not be the driverโ€™s first language and entry could be denied if they canโ€™t say where they are going!

If you are inside an Uber returning to Briarwood, you can send yourself a QR code, so you donโ€™t have to wait for the guard to search the security system.

**๐‘ต๐’๐’•๐’†** Everyone that uses a QR code needs to show their ID to make sure the code was not copied.

Please be advised that the tennis courts will be closed beginning Thursday, April 16th, to allow for necessary repairs and maintenance.

We will provide an update once the courts have been reopened for use.
