Today we are excited to announce that MarineMax has entered into a definitive agreement with Safe Harbor Marinas, a portfolio company of Blackstone Infrastructure Partners, under which Safe Harbor will acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock of MarineMax for $53.00 per share in cash. Nautical Mile congratulates Fish Tale Boats Fort Myers & Naples - 30 Years of Service in SW Florida's boating community

Fish Tale Boats didn't begin in a boardroom. It began with Bruce Fricke, who worked his way up through this business from the ground floor — rigging boats, moving into sales, and eventually making the leap to buy the dealership from its prior owner back in 1996. That earn-it, hands-on spirit is still who we are today. Bruce's wife, Diane, leads the company now, with their two sons, Travis and Justin.
