Some things just get better with time.

Five years ago, Vincent's Acres was a brand-new neighborhood. Today, it's a thriving community where families have put down roots and every home tells the story of the people who live there.

The trees are taller. The landscaping has filled in. Front porches have become gathering places and safe spots to park a bike while visiting neighborhood friends.

Communities aren't built overnight. They grow over time. Five years later, Vincent's Acres is exactly what it was always meant to be: a welcoming neighborhood where families take pride in their homes and build a future together.

Habitat homes aren't given away. They're purchased by families who earn the opportunity through a rigorous approval process, hundreds of hours of sweat equity, homebuyer education, and years of faithful mortgage payments.

Closing day celebrates the opportunity. Payoff day celebrates everything that opportunity made possible.

Together, we build communities where generosity takes root.

Thank you to our friends at the Rotary Club of North Naples Sunset for donating five beautiful magnolia trees to the park area at Majestic Place. Today they're a thoughtful gift. Tomorrow they'll provide shade for soccer games, playground adventures, and neighborhood gatherings, growing right alongside the children and families who call this community home.

If you've volunteered on a build with Habitat Collier, chances are Marcos had a hand in making it a great day. Help us celebrate an incredible milestone as this job site superstar recently marked 25 years with Habitat Collier!

For a quarter century, Marcos has welcomed volunteers, encouraged future homeowners completing their sweat equity, kept projects moving, and made everyone feel like part of the team. His positivity and sense of humor have made him a favorite among volunteers, homeowners, and staff alike.

"The conditions I'm living in are not good and I don't have enough money to rent an apartment for myself and my daughter. That's why I really need your help."

Those were the words Guerda wrote on her Habitat application more than 20 years ago while living in a crowded shared apartment. Last week, she made her final affordable mortgage payment.

What began with the hope of a better future has come full circle. Today, she's not just a homeowner—she's mortgage-free.
