This week some of our team members—Sierra Reilly, Vaneza Gonzales, and Melinda Middleton—had the opportunity to attend the Florida Council Against Sexual Violence 2026 Biennial Summit in Jacksonville, FL! We were grateful for the chance to learn, connect, and collaborate with advocates from across the state as we continue strengthening our support for survivors and our community. 📝

A special thank you to the FCASV team for bringing us all together and creating a space for education, inspiration, and meaningful connections. As we head back home to SWFL, we're excited to bring back the knowledge, resources, and connections we gained to better serve our community. 💚

June is Men's Mental Health Awareness Month. 💙

Too often, men are told to stay strong, push through, and keep their struggles to themselves. But real strength is knowing when to reach out, talk about what you're going through, and ask for support when you need it.

This month, we're encouraging conversations, checking in on the men in our lives, and reminding everyone that mental health matters.

You don't have to carry it all alone.

Pride Month is a celebration of authenticity, resilience, and courage. 🌈

It takes incredible strength to live openly, embrace who you are, and continue showing up in a world that isn't always accepting. This month, we honor the LGBTQ+ community, celebrate every journey, and recognize the bravery it takes to live your truth.

You are seen. You are valued. You belong. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

A gentle reminder that your mental health matters every day, not just this month.

Rest is productive. Boundaries are healthy. Asking for help is strength. Healing is not linear, and you do not have to go through hard moments alone.💚

Take time to check in with yourself and the people around you. A simple “How are you really doing?” can make a difference. 🗣

Two things can be true at the same time. 🤍

You can be healing and still hurting.
You can be strong and still need support.
You can be grateful and still struggling.
You can be introverted and still crave connection.
You can be growing and still have setbacks.

Being human is complex and your feelings do not have to cancel each other out to be valid.🌟

Mental health matters every single day, and no one should have to struggle alone. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional distress, or simply need someone to talk to — support is available.💚

May is mental health awareness month and we are sharing free and confidential crisis resources that are available 24/7 for anyone in need. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Save this post, share it with someone who may need it, and remember: you are never alone. 🙌📲
