We will be recognizing the 2016 College World Series team on April 25-26th.

Members of the 2016 College World Series team will be recognized in between each of the double headers. Following Saturday’s doubleheader, there will be a social for players and their family members sponsored by in the Warhawk Clubhouse. Complementary food and beverage will be provided.

Today you would have been 29, the last birthday in the decade we lost you, and the last decade we were lucky enough to know you in.

This one feels heavier somehow. Maybe because with every year that passes, imagining who you would be today, feels a little farther from the reality we once shared. And still, we wonder it every single year.

We love you, Justin. We miss you every day.

Today, in your honor, the JWegstrong Foundation will be spending the day at the Ronald McDonald House downtown, hosting a full-day workshop for the families staying there.

Th Ronald McDonald gift card drive began when Justin was alive, and every year since, the Jwegstrong Foundation has proudly continued supporting this incredible cause in his name.

Led by Barry Baldwin of Naperville Central High School, this annual drive helps families staying at Ronald McDonald House focus on what matters most, being together during difficult times.

Congratulations to the 2025 NCHS Football Humble & Kind Character Award recipient, Sidney Lindley!

Sidney is headed to Citadel in South Carolina and we couldn't be more excited for his future and to welcome him into the Jwegstrong family!

This award recognizes a senior on the varsity football team who is nominated by coaches for resembling a humble attitude and kind personality to everyone he came in contact with, like Justin. 💜

In September 2025, the Jwegstrong foundation was able to give the Wisconsin Whitewater Baseball Strongest Warhawk Award to Alex Najera.

This award is presented to the UWW Baseball program in honor of a current player chosen by the coaches who emulates Justin's strong leadership characteristics.

Attention to any and all of Justin's classmates from NCHS class of 2015!!!!! It's been 10 years since graduation, let's get everyone together!!!!

Justin's graduating class at Naperville Central is hosting a TEN year reunion for the class of 2015.
The reunion will be held on Saturday, November 8th, from 7-10 PM at the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) located west of Centennial Beach in Naperville. There will be catering provided as well as a cash bar available (ATM on-site).

Additionally, there is an afterparty planned at Features Bar & Grill in downtown Naperville following the reunion, which you are welcome to attend even if you do not come to the main reunion.

Members have generously offered to cover the cost of the event, so there will be no charge to attend. A donation box will be provided, and any donations in excess of the incurred costs will be donated to JWEGSTRONG. 💜
