National walking month has officially come to an end! Not only did we hit our goal of 10 million steps, we absolutely crushed it with a final total of 13.6 million so of course we had to celebrate with 🥳 We are so proud of everyone, that is so amazing! Should we shoot for 15 million next year?? 😉

Run Your Mutt Off 5K Walk/Run benefiting the Naperville Area Humane Society is back!
Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to get moving for a good cause, this event is for you! Help us raise awareness and funds for the dogs and cats in our care while enjoying a fun day outdoors with your canine companion. 

The morning will kick off with an optional 3.1-mile walk/run followed by a celebration with light refreshments, local businesses and pet-focused vendors in our Barketplace, raffles and giveaway items, a canine agility course, live music, and family and dog friendly activities! Use the link in our bio to purchase your ticket! 🎉🥳 WE HIT 10 MILLION STEPS!!! 🥳🎉

We truly cannot believe this community came together and worked so hard to reach 10 MILLION steps this May in honor of National Walking Month! 👟🎉

It has been so much fun watching everyone’s competitive sides come out through this community challenge and see all the extra steps taken this month, we could not be more proud to have reached a goal we honestly never thought we’d hit!

Thank you to everyone who walked, encouraged others, and helped make this May challenge such a success! We have 1 week left this month, how many more steps can you get?! Let’s finish this month out strong! 💪🏻

❤️🤍💙 MEMORIAL DAY WALK 💙🤍❤️

This Memorial Day, we pause with gratitude to honor and remember those who have served our country. Join us for a peaceful morning walk at Springbrook Prairie as we enjoy the beauty of the day together 🇺🇸

Please note that this walk is longer than our usual distance. The 5.5 mile trail is one large loop and it is not possible to cut it shorter, so keep that in mind if you have any limitations that might make this distance difficult.

As we are starting to experience warmer weather, please come prepared with water, sun protection, and anything else you may need to stay safe and comfortable for this walk. We can’t wait to see you!

The entrance is on 83rd street across from Springbrook Golf Course. Then follow a winding road to the parking lot.
