When our original DJ unexpectedly had to cancel just before Makin' Strides for Strays, Dave & Crystal stepped in at the last minute and absolutely saved the day.
From keeping the energy high and the music flowing to bringing an amazing digital photo booth that guests loved, they went above and beyond to help make this year's event a success. Their professionalism, generosity, and positive attitude helped create an unforgettable day for our walkers, supporters, volunteers, and four-legged friends.

We walk for the overlooked animals still waiting for someone to choose them 🐾We walk for the kittens and puppies who deserve a safe start in life. We walk for the medical cases who need a second chance, healing, and hope❤️‍🩹 🩺 We walk for the happy endings the adoption success stories that remind us why this work matters 🏡 And most importantly, we walk for the animals whose stories are still being written.

As we count down to Makin' Strides for Strays, we're introducing some of the amazing adoptable pets whose lives are changed because of supporters like YOU. 💙

Nero is one of the dogs you may have the chance to meet at Strides on June 7... unless he finds his forever family first! 🏡✨

Events like Strides help provide shelter, care, enrichment, and second chances for pets just like Nero while they wait for the families they've been dreaming of.

Happy Send Home Sunday to Mint Chip… now Prim 💚🐾

Prim came to us as a tiny puppy and watched her sibling get adopted … while she kept waiting. For 70 more days, she hoped her turn would come 🥺

And now, it finally has.

No more wondering when it’ll be her turn. This sweet girl finally found the forever family she’s been waiting for and even got a brand new name to start her next chapter 💛

Happy life, Prim 🐾
