This March, we’ve built an entire month around "The House on Mango Street" by Sandra Cisneros, bringing together story, music, students, and community partners in a shared celebration!

We’ll be at the Wheaton Public Library for a Writer’s Workshop on Monday, March 2. Students from across DuPage County will attend a field trip concert. Local Hispanic artists will exhibit their work in the lobby during our performances. The DuPage Hispanic Alliance will present on the history of mariachi music. It’s a full month of meaningful collaboration.

On March 21st, everything comes together on stage with the DuPage Symphony Orchestra and Mariachi Acero de Las Vegas in a full concert with mariachi music and symphony orchestra!

Thank you for joining us for "Radiant Voices" this past weekend... our 12th sold-out concert in a row! Wentz Concert Hall was full, and the energy matched it. From Debussy to Ticheli to Dvořák, the orchestra took on a demanding program and delivered it with confidence. After the concert, many of you stayed to meet guest artist Leland Ko and members of the DSO in the lobby. Thank you for supporting live music in Chicagoland and for helping us keep this momentum going.

We look forward to seeing you in March for "Mariachi Mosaic!"

Enjoy dinner, great company, inspiring stories, and an exciting silent auction, all in support of the DSO’s education and community engagement programs. Gala proceeds help bring world-class musicians into local schools, offer free and accessible community experiences, and support music education for more than 6,000 students each year.

What an afternoon at "Echoes of the Past!" Thank you to everyone who filled Wentz Concert Hall for another sold-out concert, and to the West Suburban Flute Orchestra for bringing such great energy to the lobby before the performance and during intermission.

Our musicians took on a demanding program and delivered with focus, artistry, and heart. The standing ovation said EVERYTHING!

Thank you to all who joined us for our Sensory-Friendly Open Rehearsal last night. Over 400 guests joined us for an evening of music and joy!

Families came from near and far for this special evening, sponsored by Emergent Learning Centers, Elmhurst University Department of Music, and MyChef Catering.

A huge shout-out to our DSO musicians, who created a warm, welcoming atmosphere and beautiful sounds as they rehearsed repertoire for "Echoes of the Past." Your artistry and professionalism created a night we won't soon forget!
