Southwest Washington Dairy Goat Association Southwest Washington Dairy Goat Association (SWWDGA) is one of the oldest clubs in the US, and was established in 1926.

We put on an annual ADGA Sactioned Dairy Goat show at the SW Washington Fairgrounds in Chehalis, WA the 3rd Saturday in May.

Preliminary results from our ODMC held last Friday at the Puyallup Spring Fair. Thank you to our participating exhibitors; EVIE'S, Queen-B, ITREK ACRES, LITEN VAN & OLENTANGY and especially to our tester, Ashlee Tarbox for organizing the paperwork & providing a copy to everyone before our release on Sunday night.

14 of the 32 does earned their ST *M award. Washington DHI will forward the lab results to ADGA & we look forward to ADGA data entering those results within the next two weeks so that any offspring registered from these award-winning does will have the award printed on new certificates.

The Washington State Fair will host a ODMC this fall on September 4th where exhibitors can use that test as your Verification Test or September test if enrolled in DHIR. We remain hopeful that the ODMC will be premium earning in 2026 as well.

Beautiful Spring Fair week weather ahead! You can still make entries through Tuesday night. Haul-in is Thursday afternoon 5-7pm or the next morning 7-9am & the fair opens to the public at 10am.

Official ADGA One Day Milking competition is Friday, you can even use this as your April DHIR test (we have at least 3 herds doing this) and why not, you can earn your does’ Star awards because ODMC *M awards are programmed, while DHIR are not.

The double sanctioned, double ring show is Saturday starting at 10am. Come and Do the Puyallup! With your SW Washington Dairy Goat friends!
