Auction winners for the WINE WOMEN Enchanted Hills Retreat spent last Saturday exploring the grounds, dining together, sleeping in private cabins, and sharing campfire memories. Thanks to the winners for winning and to the Enchanted Hills team for hosting!

Just 30 minutes from downtown Napa, Enchanted Hills offers full camp experiences with cabins that collectively house up to 200 guests. The grounds are primarily used as a summer camp for visually impaired children, fit with pool, basketball courts, horse stable and gardens. But during the off seasons they rely on groups using the space for retreats, weddings, and more to stay open.

We hope to have many future events at this space and encourage you to take the short drive and check. It out.

Cheers to our first Sisterhood Social!!! WINE WOMEN, Women for Winesense, and Les Dames d’Escoffier joined forces to champion women in the Northern California food, wine, and hospitality industries.

Together, we learned about each other’s similar missions, shared wine, and celebrated women supporting women. We hope to continue this new tradition and find more ways to lift each other up.

We welcome you to reach out to learn more about any one of these three registered nonprofits. Maybe join one or all three! They each have something special to provide for their members and the community.

A big thank you to DeLoach for providing this beautiful space and to Kathleen Hill for showcasing her Kitchen Collection.

Welcome Johanna Holm to the WINE WOMEN board as our new Marketing Director!

Johanna (Jo) Meyers Holm is a marketing and events professional with over 15 years of professional experience in Northern California, specializing in event production, marketing strategy, and DTC hospitality. She is currently a Marketing & Event Consultant providing digital marketing and event services to small businesses. Before entering the freelance world, she worked as the Director of Marketing & Events for Elusa Winery and Tasting Room Manager for Larson Family Winery. Previously, she led regional sales teams at La Tavola Fine Linen Rental. With a background in project management and a B.A. in Studio Art and Art History from UC Irvine, she blends creativity with business acumen to craft impactful experiences. Passionate about community and connection, Jo is actively involved in industry networking groups, currently serving as President of ILEA Napa-Sonoma and is excited to be joining the board of WINE WOMEN. Jo lives in Napa with her husband Erik and son Benjamin.

🌎 Elan Fayard of Azur Wines and Luminous Retreats hosted us on both this last Saturday and Sunday for a very special Earth Day Wellness Retreat at Elan’s private property in Coombsville.

🤍 During our time together we shared an intimate experience where Elan led us through sound healing, guided meditation, journaling and a sacred ceremony inside a sacred tipi space. The morning was designed to restore the nervous system and reconnect us to the earth and self.

🍷 We then concluded with a farewell glass of Azur Rosé, creating a beautiful bridge between wellness, nature, and celebration.

Please welcome to the WINE WOMEN board new Membership Director Jen Lessner!

Jen Lessner is a strategic, revenue-focused marketing leader who blends data-driven strategy and actionable insights, fueled by varied experiences and an authentic passion for the wine industry. A Chicago native who grew up in Northern California just an hour from Napa Valley, her proximity to wine country made her journey into the industry both seamless and inspired. She began her career at Delicato Family Wines and later joined O’Neill Vintners & Distillers, leading insight-driven campaigns that strengthened brands, expanded distribution, and delivered measurable growth. She later broadened her experience through contract-based marketing projects, partnering with wineries—including ASV Wines on brand development initiatives and executing a 3-pack bottle mailer program within the trade channel. Jen values building strong relationships and looks forward to supporting growth that strengthens this wine community.

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her fiancé and toddler daughter— doing bubble games, park adventures, and playtime outings.
