Yesterday would have been my brother, Derek's 57th birthday and next month is the 25th anniversary of his passing. I felt frozen in time yesterday...but time is still ticking away. Deadlines and commitments, plans and progress. I'd rather stay in this moment a little while longer. Happy Birthday Derek...forever young at 32.💚

Hamburger steaks with onion gravy
Ingredients:
For the Hamburger Steaks:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
