Last Friday, we had the pleasure of spending the day out on the course at the Napa Little League Golf Tournament. ⛳️❤️

We’re always grateful for opportunities to support local kids and families while also connecting with this incredible community we’re lucky to be part of.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the tournament such a fun day. We loved being there and cheering on all the work being done for youth sports in Napa.

Proof that doing good really does add up.

This past Earth Day, employees from Pacific Gas and Electric Company showed up at Fuller Park, rolled up their sleeves, and got to work—building brand new picnic tables and refreshing a space that so many families in our community use every day.

But it didn’t stop there.

PG&E is donating $500 to the Horn Heart Foundation, representing the wages from the hours their team volunteered.

Read that again… they showed up AND gave back. That’s the kind of energy we’re all about. To the entire team—thank you for helping us create spaces where kids can gather, families can connect, and this community can keep showing up for each other!

This Spring, the Horn Heart Foundation board reviewed 10 incredible applications for our $30,000 community grant — each one a reflection of the passion and care that makes this community so special.

✨ Ag4Youth: farm equipment for youth programs

Some upgrades don’t make headlines—but they make a difference every single day. A new refrigerator and freezer might not seem like much… until you realize it means cold drinks after long practices, better snack storage, and one less thing for a league to worry about.

Proud to support Calistoga Little League and the kids, families, and volunteers who make it such a special place to play.

This is what it’s all about. ❤️

Opening Day at Napa Little League is one of those days that reminds us what youth sports are really about! ♥️⚾️ Last Saturday, Garfield Park was full of excited families and players— and we were proud to be part of it.

At Horn Heart Foundation, our mission is to support young athletes in Napa and help create the kind of experiences that stick with them long after the season ends. The friendships, the confidence, and the memories made on fields just like these…

Moments like Opening Day are exactly why we do this. We wish all the players, families, and coaches an amazing season. We’ll be cheering you on!
