Naushop on Nantucket Naushop is a private mid-island community of 200 homes reflecting the look of old Nantucket with year-round and seasonal residents. A great place to live.

The community of Naushop reflects a neighborhood that is quintessential Nantucket. Modeled in keeping with the town of Nantucket’s old historical flavor, single family homes built within this upscale, planned community feature such architectural features as white picket fences, brick walkways, historical lamp posts, landscaped and manicured lawns, rose covered arbors and, in keeping with the island’s tradition, many homes individually named with the famous Nantucket quarterboard. The Naushop Homeowners’ Association provides membership in the community clubhouse, pool, tennis courts and playground which are open only to residents. The community includes a good mix of both year-round and seasonal residents. Ideally situated on the island for both convenience to the town, the beach, the airport, the island’s bike paths and public transportation, Naushop is a great location for enjoying all that the island has to offer.
