At Dvornichenko Brothers Culture and Development non profit, our mission is to enrich the lives of talented Ukrainian youth artists - providing them with opportunities to participate in highest level projects at home as well as abroad and forge meaningful connections with seasoned professionals in the global artist community. Through the generous contributions of our supporters, we strive to break

down the barriers that hinder the pursuit of artistic excellence. By raising funds and fostering collaborations, we enable these talented youth to expand their horizons, hone their craft, and bring their enriched experiences back to Ukraine. Join us in harmonizing the future of Ukrainian artists and fostering a world where the sound of talent knows no boundaries.

Described as “a firework on the 88 piano keys” and “more than just virtuosity,” Juan Carlos brings extraordinary artistry, passion, and a global concert career to our team. From Carnegie Hall to Teatro Colón, his performances have captivated audiences worldwide.

As we continue to grow and develop meaningful cultural projects, Juan Carlos’s experience and musical vision will be an invaluable asset.

We are delighted to introduce another distinguished member of the Dvornichenko Brothers Culture and Development team. Please join us in welcoming Lyudmyla Belova!

Lyudmyla Belova is a highly respected figure in both the political and educational arenas. Formerly a deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council, she now serves as the Vice President of the Renaissance Foundation. Her career is a testament to her dedication to public service, education, and cultural development.

With an impressive academic background, Lyudmyla holds a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences (1979) and a Doctorate in Sociology (2006). She has earned the titles of Associate Professor and Professor and has been a vital force in several educational institutions, including the Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University, the Kharkiv Humanitarian University "People's Ukrainian Academy," and the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

Lyudmyla’s contributions to education and public service have been recognized with numerous honors, including the Order of Princess Olga (I, II, and III degrees), the title of "Honored Educator of Ukraine," and the "Excellence in Education" badge. She is also the proud recipient of the Petro Mohyla Badge and the "True Kharkivite" award in the "Science and Education" category.

As the former Director of the Kharkiv Regional Institute of Public Administration, Lyudmyla has been instrumental in shaping future leaders and has always been passionate about supporting and promoting young creative talents. Her leadership and commitment to cultural projects in Kharkiv have left an indelible mark on the community.

We are honored to have such a multifaceted and accomplished individual join our team. Lyudmyla Belova’s expertise, passion, and dedication will undoubtedly enrich our endeavors. Welcome aboard, Lyudmyla!
