The Sconset Clean Team won THIRD Place at this year’s Litter Derby. Way to go to Dan Weber, Anne Dougherty, Liza Helton and Gail Walker. Between 8am on Saturday and 11am on Sunday, they covered Sconset, Sconset Beach, Milestone Road from rotary to rotary, AND Polpis Road from sconset to Sesachacha Pond.

Among the items collected:
-a broken and abandoned dingy, a huge pipe found on Low Beach (cut into pieces and carried out with help from John Lancaster), an ancient battery found in the woods,18 bags of bottles, cans, plastic and other trash (all sorted before taking it to the dump)
