Camp Jabez on the Cumberland is seeking interns for an unforgettable 9-week summer experience! This isn't just a summer job, it's an opportunity to grow in your faith, build lifelong friendships, develop leadership skills, and help create life-changing memories for campers.

As an intern, you'll be involved in:
✅ Summer camp programs
✅ Leading devotions and mentoring campers
✅ Zip lines, giant swing, and outdoor activities
✅ Meal prep and guest group support
✅ Grounds keeping and camp projects
✅ And so much more!

📅 June – August (9 Weeks)
💵 $350 Weekly Stipend
🏡 Lodging, meals, and training provided
🙌 Ages 18+

📣 Junior & Senior Camp Packing List Reminder! 📣

As camp gets closer, we wanted to share the packing list for both Junior and Senior Camp. Be sure to check the list and start gathering everything your camper will need for an amazing week at Camp Jabez!

A few important reminders for parents and campers:
✅ Please Note: Our dress code should not create a financial hardship for families. Please do not send anything brand new to camp. Clothing, shoes, socks, towels, and other personal items may become dirty, damaged, lost, or even destroyed during camp activities.
✅ For most campers, clothing that is appropriate for school will also be appropriate for camp.
✅ The Camp Director reserves the right to require a camper to change clothing that is considered inappropriate. The camp also reserves the right to dismiss any camper who is uncooperative or unwilling to follow camp rules.

🚫 Food and snacks will NOT be allowed in dorm rooms this year. This helps us keep cabins clean and free from unwanted critters.

📖 Most importantly, don't forget your Bible! We can't wait to spend a week growing in faith, making memories, and having a blast together.

Last night we celebrated a very special milestone as Madison graduated high school!

For the past three years, Madison has been a part of the Camp Jabez family, serving faithfully and pouring her heart into this ministry. From helping with camp activities and events to building relationships with campers, her impact has been felt in countless ways. Her willingness to serve, her kind heart, and her dedication have been a true blessing to everyone who has crossed her path here at camp.

Watching Madison grow into the young woman she is today has been an incredible privilege. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and the example she has set for those around her.

As you begin this next chapter, remember that God has a purpose for your life, and we know He will continue to guide your steps.

Congratulations, Madison! We love you, we’re proud of you, and we can’t wait to see what God has in store for you.

This year’s theme is “Created With Purpose” based on Psalm 139:14. "I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” ❤️

We can’t wait to pour into the next generation and give them a week they’ll never forget. From chapel services to campfires, activities, and making lifelong friends, every moment is designed with purpose.

At Camp Jabez, we are thankful for those who served with courage and gave so much for generations to come. As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we never forget the true meaning behind the day.

Sneak peek 👀🏕️ One of our brand new cabins is coming together and we couldn’t be more excited! From the bunk setup to the cozy wood finishes and lounge space, this cabin was designed to give campers a comfortable place to relax, connect, and make memories after a full day of camp adventures.

We can already picture the late-night laughs, morning devotions, and friendships that will be built in this space ❤️

Yesterday’s trampoline park trip was one for the books! 🙌🧡

From dodgeball battles and foam pits to nonstop jumping and laughs all day long, our Camp Jabez crew had an absolute blast together. These moments are what camp is all about; building friendships, making memories, and giving kids a place to just be kids.

We loved seeing all the smiles, energy, and teamwork throughout the day. 💥

Safe to say… everybody slept good last night 😅😂
