What an incredible experience getting the opportunity to tour the new soccer stadium! ⚽️ The students from Middleton High School and Elevate Academy of Nampa had an absolute blast, and it was amazing seeing everyone so engaged and excited throughout the day.

A huge thank you to every volunteer, organizer, and supporter who took time out of their busy schedules to make this field trip possible. Opportunities like this truly make a lasting impact on these students, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you! We’re looking for community partners to step in and help support an incredible group of students who are eager to enter the workforce!

We’re hoping to have:
• One volunteer from each company in our trade space, connecting with students and sharing insight about your industry—careers, skills, and real-world experience
• One volunteer in a classroom setting, helping conduct interviews for internships and part- or full-time positions
We have a large group of motivated students with strong skills who are ready to take their next steps. This is a great opportunity to connect, mentor, and potentially meet your future employees.

Good morning!

As part of their senior project, MHS seniors have created a job portfolio and will be participating in mock-job interviews. The interviews are scheduled for Tuesday, May 5, 2026, at Middleton High School, and your expertise is requested.


Professionals in the community will assist students by participating as interviewers in students' mock-interview experience. Students will be scheduled with you, the interviewer, for a 20 minute interview. About a week before the interviews, you will receive student portfolios, each with a scoring rubric, cover letter, resume, and two reference letters. This will help you learn about your interviewees ahead of time.
