What a season for the Nampa Bulldogs 9u 🐾
They finished the regular season 3-3 and saw their season come to a heartbreaking end in the semifinals, losing in overtime on a tipped pass to a great Kuna Knights team.
For most of these boys, this was their first year playing tackle football, and the growth they showed from Week 1 to Week 7 was incredible. Looking back at where they started compared to where they finished, it’s hard not to be proud of how far this group came.
Obviously not the ending they wanted, but I couldn’t be prouder of this team. These boys showed up, competed, fought through adversity, and continued to get better every single week.
Football is about so much more than wins and losses. It’s about the lessons learned, the friendships built, the toughness developed, and learning how to battle when things don’t go your way.
To the players, keep your heads up! You have a lot to be proud of. Hopefully we see you all back next year.
A huge thank you to the coaches who dedicated their time to developing these young athletes, the parents, and everyone who supported these boys throughout the season.
Proud of this team and everything they accomplished. The future is bright for this group!
