The GBI is hiring Special Agents! Apply now to join us in our mission to protect the citizens of Georgia and assist law enforcement across the state.

The application window for this hiring cycle will open twice:

October 5 – October 19, 2026
November 2 – November 9, 2026

What to expect after you apply:
Qualified applicants will receive an email notification with a link to schedule a test appointment. The email will include testing dates and times, along with the physical address for testing locations. Test sessions are in-person only.

Please note:

- You may only apply for and take the Special Agent Test once during this time.
- If you are currently going through the Special Agent Hiring Process, or you are on the Special Agent Eligible Applicants list, you do not need to reapply at this time.

Join us on November 14th for our next Membership Paddle at Herrin Lake Landing!

We’ll launch at Herrin Lake Landing and paddle upstream, taking in the beauty of the Satilla along the way. Then we’ll turn around, relax, and float back downstream with the current. It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the river, connect with fellow Satilla supporters, and experience a beautiful stretch of the river.

Whether you’re a longtime member or new to Satilla Riverkeeper, we’d love to have you join us for a fun day on the water. Bring your kayak or canoe, your sense of adventure, and your love for the Satilla!

Family Connection of Glynn County is excited to announce that we are working on creating a Community Resource Directory!

Our goal is to bring together valuable resources, programs, and services in one place to make it easier for individuals and families to find the support they need.

We will also be updating our website to include these resources, making it easier for community members to access information about available services and organizations throughout Glynn County.

We are inviting local nonprofits, community organizations, agencies, businesses, and service providers to submit their information to be included in our directory.

Whether your organization provides housing assistance, food resources, mental health services, youth programs, education, employment assistance, or other community services, we want to hear from you!
