The South Creek Acres
Located in South Nags Head is the perfect place to take in the natural beauty of the Outer Banks. The properties in this subdivision sit adjacent to the National Wildlife Refuge to the West and are a short walk across the street from the wonderfully uncrowded beaches of South Nags Head. While the ocean view is where most visitors of the Outer Banks place their attention, watching the sunset over the horizon of the National Wildlife Refuge is a spectacle that all of our properties in South Creek Acres enable. The community of South Creek Acres offers a community pool as well as tennis courts which are exclusive to guests of the community. The pool has ample parking and sits next to a gazebo where numerous turtles can often be seen soaking up the sun. The pool area is equipped with restrooms as well as two different shower areas. Both the pool and the tennis courts are convenient amenities that give any guest a variety of possible activities to choose from while staying in South Creek Acres. In addition to the pool and tennis courts, all South Creek Acres properties are located on a subdivision road that runs parallel to South Old Oregon Inlet Road. The subdivision road allows the properties in South Creek Acres to sit further back off the main road than other properties in the area.
