East Texas Research Center The mission of the East Texas Research Center is to collect, preserve and make available to the public items pertaining to the East Texas geographical region.

The East Texas Research Center houses manuscripts, documents, maps, books and other archival materials that emphasize eastern Texas life, culture, economy and history. The ETRC houses manuscripts, documents, maps, book and other archival materials that emphasize eastern Texas life, culture, economy and history. These materials are used for historical and genealogical research by students, teachers

, authors and the general public. Access to these important documents is facilitated through online collection guides and select digital copies, or by visiting the ETRC Reading Room.

Attention Nacogdoches High Alums: We are in search of copies of the yearbooks "Book N" for the years 1945, 1946, 1951, 1959, 1967, 1968, 1970-1973, 1979, 1982-1984, 1986, 1988-1992, 1996, 1997, 2009-present.
