Congratulations to the Cushing 4-H Club members! 4-H members were honored for their hard work and dedication this year at their club banquet on Monday evening.

Members received awards for participating in 4-H projects, service to their community, roles as junior leaders, participating in the club photography and baking contest and serving as a club officer.

Little Clovers which are supportive siblings of the Clover and 4- H members also recieved recognition.

This year a Rookie of the year and Clover Kid of the year were awarded.

What an amazing year for the Cushing 4-H Club!

2026 Kickoff Meeting will be held on August 17 at 6 pm in the Cushing Elementary School cafeteria.

Congratulations to Bridger Ethridge on winning the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo 2026 Junior Livestockck Judging Contest.

Congratulations to Taylie and Tate for an outstanding rabbit show at the Houston Livestock Show!

They were able to bring home lots of ribbons and plaques including Best of Breed and Best Opposite.

Cushing 4-H members planted flowers and cleaned the beds at the Cushing Elementary School for their March meeting and community service project. Great job to all our members.

The annual poster contest displays the importance of:

• Rabies risks.
• Ways to prevent rabies exposures and infections.
