Long-time Nacogdoches County Farm Bureau board member Nolan Alders passed away this week. He served his county farm bureau well as a strong voice for agriculture. He was passionate about our industry and ensuring we had a place at the table when discussing agriculture, forestry, and education. Last week we held our Nacogdoches County Ag Day! We had a great turnout from schools within the county to come learn more about Agriculture in our area.

These next generations of students will be vital in the future of agriculture. Nacogdoches County Farm Bureau takes pride in being able to provide events and programs like these for our community!

We had a full house at our annual meeting last night! Thank you so much to all the members who came out to visit with us and eat some catfish! We took all the cans donated last night to Hope Pantry this morning. President, Bill Stanaland, delivered them. They were so very appreciative and said food supplies have been running short!

We have the best members and we are appreciative of all of you! You make Texas Farm Bureau a great organization!
