Meet Krystal - our Co-Vice President!💙💛
Born in San Diego and raised throughout Washington, Krystal’s family moved to Naches when she was in seventh grade. She met her husband, Ryan, during her senior year of high school, and they’ve been together ever since. After graduating from Central Washington University, the two spent nearly 20 years living in Western Washington. From 2015–2017, they even called Boston home while Krystal earned her Master’s degree in Library and Information Science, specializing in health science libraries.
Last year, Krystal and her family made the move back to Naches, and they’ve loved reconnecting with friends and family while sharing the places they grew up with their daughter. The experience has been both meaningful and nostalgic.
When she’s not volunteering with PTSA, you’ll likely find Krystal with a book in hand, working on a crochet, knitting, or cross-stitch project, enjoying an easy hike or fishing trip, or playing video games with family and friends. A proud self-proclaimed nerd, she’s always happy to talk about fantasy book series, Star Wars, or Harry Potter.
We’re so grateful to have Krystal serving on our board this year and as a fun bonus, tomorrow is her birthday! Be sure to wish her a happy birthday if you see her around!🎂
