THANK YOU to everyone who volunteered in our Bread and B**r Wagons and at Burgers & Dogs on the Deck in July & August.....we raised over $10,000 for our General Fund ! Check your September 2026 BULLetin for information about our Elks Scholarship Golf Tournament on Sat, Sep 26 and the Sleep in Heavenly Peace Bed Build on Sat, Oct 3 (See photo) Our need for volunteers continues. CHANGE OF LOCATION: Your August BULLetin states that our Lodge picnic will be held on Sunday, Aug 9 beginning at noon on our property near the creek. Due to predicted 90+ degree temperature that day the location of the picnic has been changed to under the deck and in the Lounge. The Lodge will provide burgers and dogs and the b**r wagon will be open with selected b**rs at $5 for all you can drink while the b**r lasts. Bring your favorite side dish and join your fellow Elks at the return of this once annual social event.

First Friday of the month (Aug. 7) is coming! Steak night at the Lodge.
Ribeye steak or hamburger steak with salad, potatoes, veggies, roll and dessert. Ribeye dinner, $30, hamburger steak, $17, add shrimp skewer for $3.

Good afternoon Myrtle Creek, Nacho's Catering in conjunction with the Myrtle Creek Elks will be preparing a dinner at the Elks Lodge on Friday August 14th at 6:00 pm. Dinner will consist of Chile Colorado with potatoes, rice and beans, flour tortillas, chips and salsa. Dessert will be served. Reservations are requested so that we can have a better estimate of dinners that are needed to prepare. The cost is going to be $20.00 a plate. To go orders are also available and would also need a reservation. You can make reservations call the Elks Lodge @ 541-863-1943 or Cheryl Knutson @ 541-604-4985. Nacho's Catering would like our supporters to come out for a great dinner, the Lodge has a full bar so come on out. Thanks again.

It's that time! The 2026 Myrtle Creek Music in the Park concert series opens this Thursday, July 9 with local favorite That Other Band. There will be burgers & dogs on the deck and our Bread Wagon, after a few repairs, being deep-cleaned and getting new interior paint, will be open. The next day, Friday, July 10, our Lodge will be a stop on the Lithia Ford of Roseburg Graffiti Poker Run from 10am-noon. The Bread Wagon will be open, as will the lounge for coffee and selected beverages. Last year 160 vehicles participated in the Poker Run. Join us for the fun and learn more about the Myrtle Creek Mural Committee ongoing projects.

You are invited to attend the unveiling of the first completed Myrtle Creek Mural Committee mural on Saturday, June 27, 10am, at the Myrtle Creek Elks Lodge. Committee members will be available to answer questions and give details about future planned murals in our area. Light snacks will be available. Come see this beautiful addition to one of our downtown buildings. See attachment.

Join us at the Elks Lodge for a Rodeo Breakfast this Sat, June 20, 7am-10am. Menu includes biscuits & gravy, eggs, bacon and sausage, juice and coffee, $15 for adults/kids 11+, $5 for kids 10 & under. No RSVP needed, open to the public. Following breakfast enjoy the Rodeo Parade in Downtown Myrtle Creek at 11am.
