Authenticity in Leadership is found in the choices we make when no one is watching. It’s choosing integrity over approval, staying true to your values when it would be easier to conform, and remembering who you are even when outside voices encourage you to be someone else.

You don’t have to prove your authenticity. Just live it consistently, and it will show. 🦚

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness, support survivors, remember those whose lives have been lost, and remind anyone experiencing abuse that help is available.

Domestic violence is not always physical. It can also include emotional abuse, manipulation, intimidation, isolation, and financial abuse that limits a person’s independence or access to resources. Abuse can affect anyone, regardless of age, gender, background, or circumstance.

Everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, supported, and valued. 💜
