🥳HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR COMMISSIONER, PAT SHEEHAN!🥳

Join us in wishing the happiest of birthdays to the guy who loves hockey, SpongeBob, and silly socks!

Pat is hands down one of the greatest, most patient, and knowledgeable coaches around. He stepped up into the role of commissioner simply because of his deep love for the game and a genuine desire to share that passion and talent with the next generation.

Day in and day out, he dedicates his time, energy, and heart to this league for one pure reason: to make a bunch of kids happy. He treats every single person he crosses paths with—players, parents, coaches, and refs alike—with kindness and respect, setting an incredible example of what it truly means to be a good human.

Happy Birthday, Pat! From all of your players, families, and board members at GSYH, we appreciate everything you do and hope you have the absolute best year of your life!

Juniors Player of the Week: Week 4 Standout!

This week’s Juniors Player of the Week honors go to:

Ryan Frazier (MBFD)

Ryan was an absolute force all over the rink! He played relentless, aggressive hockey on the forecheck, applying constant pressure and forcing key turnovers, all while consistently hustling on the backcheck to help out his defensemen. By reading the rink & playing his position to perfection, he found himself in the right place at the right time.

Ryan’s hard work paid off in a huge way, helping lead MBFD to their very first W of the season by burying FOUR of their 7 goals!

Way to show up, Ryan! You hustled, you created opportunities with your defense, and you left it all on the rink. Keep it up kid!
