But for children in Andrews, South Carolina, this portable pool is bringing something much bigger than water. It's bringing life-saving skills, confidence, and opportunities that aren't always easy to access in rural communities.

We spent the day talking with families, instructors, and community partners about why this program matters—and the impact it's already having on local children.

In partnership with Georgetown County, S.C., Pool on Wheels is bringing free swim lessons and life-saving water safety education directly to children in rural communities where access isn't always easy.

Last week alone, more than 100 children participated in Andrews, with additional sessions continuing throughout Georgetown and Williamsburg counties this summer.
