🚨 URGENT CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS! 🚨

🏃‍♀️ Grand Strand Running Club — We Need YOU! 🏃‍♂️

The Myrtle Beach Mini Marathon is in urgent need of 3 volunteers for Packet Pickup!

Unfortunately, three volunteers had to cancel, leaving them short-handed, and we have an opportunity to step up and help!

💙 GSRC members, let’s rally together and fill these spots! Our running community is always there for us, and now it’s our turn to give back.

🙋‍♀️ Can you help? Please comment below or send me a message ASAP!

Let’s show them what the Grand Strand Running Club is all about! 💙🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

🦃 FROM THE COUCH TO THE FINISH LINE IN 9 WEEKS! 👟

Ready to give yourself something extra to be thankful for? Join me for our first ever Couch to Turkey Trot 9-week 5K program. This is your chance to start moving, build confidence, and work toward a Thanksgiving finish line!

Whether you’re brand new or starting again, you don’t have to be fast—you just have to take that first step. Walk, jog, and build your way forward, one week at a time. 💛

Let’s make this fall about showing up for YOU—with a little turkey-day fun waiting at the finish!

🙌 Who’s ready to go from “I could never” to “I DID”?

👇 Comment TURKEY if you’re interested, and tag a friend who’d make the perfect training buddy!

Free for club members - we’ll do the training together but you choose your own Turkey Trot!

Starts Oct. 1st 6:30am
Claire Chapin Epps YMCA (Meet in the Parking Lot)
5000 Claire Chapin Epps Dr.
Myrtle Beach, SC 29577
