Our Aktion Club is getting together again on Friday, October 23 at 1:00 PM at the Lowcountry Food Bank!

These afternoons are always a good opportunity for our Aktion Club members to spend time together while giving back right here in our community. We’re looking forward to another afternoon of helping out and enjoying some time with friends.

We’re proud of this group and the heart they bring to serving others!

We love getting to spend time like this with local kids.

Reading for the Kids gives our Kiwanis members a chance to step into local classrooms, share a story, and simply enjoy some time with the students. Judging by this photo, we think our readers have just as much fun as the kids do!

We’re thankful for the schools that welcome us and for the members who keep showing up to be part of it.

Interested in joining us for projects like this? Come meet us at an upcoming Kiwanis meeting. We’d love to have you.

The Festival of Wreaths is getting closer, and we’re busy getting everything ready for one of our biggest fundraisers of the year!

There’s still time for our Myrtle Beach community to be part of it. We’re looking for a few more local businesses and neighbors to help with gift cards, wreath decorating, or sponsorship funding. Each wreath includes at least $50 in gift cards, and every bit of support helps us bring the finished displays together for the Dickens Christmas Show & Festivals.

If you’ve been thinking about getting involved, now’s a great time to reach out. We’d love to have you be part of this year’s Festival of Wreaths and help us continue supporting local kids throughout the Grand Strand.

The Festival of Wreaths is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year, and preparations are officially underway!

We still have opportunities for local businesses, organizations, and neighbors throughout the Grand Strand to get involved. You can decorate one of our remaining wreaths, donate gift cards to be included with a wreath, or sponsor the cost of having one decorated.

Each wreath includes at least $50 in gift cards, making community support an important part of bringing this fundraiser together.

The finished wreaths will be part of the Dickens Christmas Show & Festivals, with proceeds helping our Kiwanis club continue supporting local children and youth programs throughout Myrtle Beach and Horry County.

Interested in becoming a Festival of Wreaths sponsor? Reach out to us or visit our website to learn more.

The Back to School Bash was a success, and we’re so thankful for everyone who helped make it happen!

Seeing local kids and families come together for the day is exactly why projects like this mean so much to our club. Thank you to our Kiwanis members, community partners, and everyone who donated supplies or lent a hand. Your support helped make the day special for the children at Patrick Mobile Home Park.

We’re proud to be part of a Myrtle Beach community that shows up for its kids.

Want to be part of our next community service project? Come join us!
