As I get ready to launch my podcast and I’m working on the marketing plan.

I’ve decided to give away the full marketing plan with the systems and procedures my team will be implementing for free!

So early today I was effectively called a “white supremacist” for sharing the Candace Owens video by a very prominent mentor.

This hurt me.

I felt attacked.

I questioned every interaction I’ve ever had with this person.

I lost a lot of respect for this person.

I wanted to share because that’s not leading from a place of love.

Judgement, Name calling and Shame for sharing a different opinion isn’t a way to lead.

With that said I choose to offer grace and love to this person.

I hope they find peace, love and clarity through their journey.

Spreading hate is never the answer.

Our opinions can be different but I still love you.

Our views can be different but I still love you.

Our skin color can be different but I still love you.

Our raising and upbringing can be different but I still love you.

Our income or wealth can be different but I still love you.

Our sexual preference can be different but I still love you.

Our gender can be different but I still love you.

Our beliefs can be different but I still love you.

Our religion can be different but I still love you.

We are different and I still love you.

So i've thought and thought about what to do or what to post.

For me.. It's hard....

I look at humans as humans.

One single race of HUMAN.

That covers ALL races.

There are GOOD people and there are BAD people in each race.

I am for removing ALL bias in the world (or as much as we can).

What I mean by that is let's not try and "make things right" by creating a reverse of what was done.

Two wrong's never make a right.

Let's change our thinking and remove race.

I am very bothered by directions and posts to go spend money with a black business.

I do that daily. I do that because I want to. Not because they are black or not because they are white. But because they are a good business that I want to support.

To me.... Spending with a black owned business, because they are a black owned business, is just as wrong as not spending with a black owned business, because they are a black owned business.

And the judgement and hate. It sucks.

People are scared. On all sides. I can't relate to all sides because I am only me. I can only see what I can see.

But let me share what I see.

People trying to do right in the world but scared of shame, hate or even worse.

Go protest but these are the rules to protest since you are "white" and btw. There are 452 versions of these rules so I hope you follow the right one.

Post this "black square" to show your support. But oh wait.., you posted it wrong. You used the wrong or you weren't even supposed to post it.. Post a powerful quote instead.

Stay silent and listen. But email us and tell us you are staying silent and listening so we know that you are silent and listening.

Here's my two cents. And this isn't a "All lives matter" statement.

But to me, we need to fundamentally change the way we raise our children.

The only thing that should matter in this world is that we are HUMAN.

Eliminate the quotas, criteria, restrictions, benefits and so forth on things like scholarships, funds, grants, loans and honestly EVERYTHING ELSE.

This goes for bias in general. Regardless if it's race, gender, sexual orientation or anything else that exists in this world.

Accept a HUMAN because they are HUMAN.

Don't create something for one specific group of people and exclude everyone else. That's exactly what's wrong with this world in the first place and why we got here originally.

Fixing the race issue in our world won't happen overnight.

It won't happen with Reparations.

It won't happen with a "unique set of rules"

You can't fix segregation with segregation!

The only way to fix our problem is equality, unity and love!
