We had an awesome turnout today at the Skylar Grote Camp. The energy was high, the room was packed, and the kids got to learn from one of the best wrestlers in the country.

Skylar did a great job breaking down techniques, answering questions, and sharing the mindset it takes to compete at the highest level.

Now that Freco is done on the state level, we are transitioning back to practice on Tuesdays with

All Youth 5:30pm-7:00pm followed by High School 7:00pm-8:00pm. Winter champions are made during the summer! Let’s go!
