"Jordan, if you don’t quit your job and start making disciples, you are a coward!"
I begin trembling in my bed, knowing God just called me a coward if I don’t drastically change my life and do what He says………now! Forcing myself out of bed, I walk into the kitchen, with tears rolling down my face.
“Sarah, God says we have to make disciples now, and that I have to quit my job.”
“If it’s God, we ha
ve to do it,” says my wife who is three months pregnant with our third child. Midnight, two weeks later, Nathan and I are celebrating his birthday at Denny’s (free grand slam breakfast on your birthday!) and I’m pouring out my heart around making disciples and it becomes evidently clear that God has put the same burning desire in his heart. We agree to start this journey with Encounter weekends and see where God leads us. Since then we have seen over 100 people give their lives to the Lord, over 1000 physically healed, and most importantly, disciples of Jesus are being made. It is our mission to raise up disciples of Jesus who walk just as He walked on this earth. To see lives completely transformed, people healed, and demons cast out.
