This guy has been coming to Kelly B Todd since he was just 18 months old…and this week, we celebrated his 21st BIRTHDAY!
And let us tell you…this is a BIG milestone.
Not only for Connor, but for his parents, his family, and all of us here at Kelly B Todd who have had the absolute privilege of watching him grow up.

When our patients turn 21, they officially age out of Kelly B Todd services. And while we HATE to see them go, these milestone birthdays also give us a chance to look back at all the incredible things we have watched them accomplish over the years.

If you have EVER had the honor of meeting this guy, consider yourself VERY lucky. Because Connor is a TOP-NOTCH, one-of-a-kind, certified COOL CAT.
And if you've met Connor, then you've probably met his momma, too…and it doesn't take long to realize that's where ALL the coolness comes from.❤️

Sometimes parents look at a disability and think: “My kid will never…”
Not this guy’s mom. Nope.
She looked at life and said:
“I’m going to grab it by the horns, pick a different direction, and figure it out.”
And because of that mindset, Connor has done some PRETTY AMAZING things!
He is a HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATE!
And he has cheered on his high school football team EVERY Friday night!
He has attended probably 4–5 concerts a year for the past 21 YEARS! He's seen everyone from KISS to the Boys from Oklahoma (and there may or may not be a rumor that he has hung out backstage with several famous people…)..At these concerts... we're not talking about the nice, easy-to-get-to concert sections.
We're talking the PIT. As in…down there with the hoodlums. Just partyin'!

He's one of the BEST karaoke buddies around and knows every word to Bohemian Rhapsody. Including how to absolutely NAIL those high notes! (Beelzebub has a devil put aside for me, for me, for mEEEEEEEE)

He's a HUGE flirt and blows kisses to ALLLLLL the ladies.

He LOVES a good late 1990s to early 2000s WWE rerun. (If you smell what the ROCK is cookin)
But he can also quote Disney's Moana like nobody's business.

Basically…this guy just knows how to have an ALL-AROUND GOOD TIME!

Connor has reminded us over and over again that a disability does NOT get to decide what a person can experience, enjoy, accomplish, or dream about.

Sometimes you just need someone willing to say:
“Let's figure out how to make it happen.”

So this week, we celebrated 21 YEARS of Connor being exactly who he is - full of personality, music, laughter, dance moves, big adventures, high notes, WWE, Disney, football, and a whole LOT of LIFE.

We are so incredibly lucky that you have been part of the Kelly B Todd family for the last 19½ YEARS.
We may have to say goodbye to you as a patient, but you will ALWAYS be part of the KBT family. 💚

Now go celebrate that 21st birthday like the COOL CAT you are!
