Boston Terrier & Short Nose Rescue Of Oklahoma All adoptable dogs are fully vetted at the time of adoption. The love of the breed led to adoption, but the love of the dog led to starting a rescue.

Boston Terrier & Short Nose Rescue Of Oklahoma is a 501c3 nonprofit that strives to rescue Boston Terriers and short nosed breeds from kill shelters and other unsuitable situations. Sweet Madison was only 9 years old when she lost her battle with bladder cancer. It is because of her that Boston Terrier Rescue of Oklahoma was established just one year later. Madison will be remembered for many, many years to come through the work we do for other Bostons. We might not have been able to save her life, but we will do our best to save as many others as we can! We have dogs being fostered in Muskogee, Tulsa and OKC.

Welcome Arrow. Arrow is 6 years old and weighs 23 lbs. He came to us from a breeder so family life is all new to this boy. His coat is a beautiful blue color and he is just as handsome as can be. He is learning how to play with toys and be with other dogs inside the house. He is a little shy at first but comes around after being around you. He is learning how to walk with a leash, and we are working on house training. Arrow is good in his crate, and will go in if you tell him it is bedtime. He will sleep through the night in his crate. He would do best in a home with a patient family that has another playful dog to play with and to show him the ropes. Arrow is being fostered in Oklahoma City. Learn more at the URL below 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Meet Rolex and Peachy!!

Hello Rolex. Rolex is 3 years old and weighs 20 lbs. Rolex loves everyone he meets. Rolex gets along with other dogs and has lots of energy. Rolex is looking for his furever family that is active and has another active dog he can play with. Rolex tested positive for heartworms; therefore he is currently on medical hold. We are accepting applications during his treatment period.

Peachy is as sweet as a peach! She is 6 years old and weighs 18 lbs. Peachy came to rescue from a breeder and is starting her new life without any more babies. She is shy and skittish but her foster mom works with her patiently to show her love and how fun it can be to be a dog. She is good in her crate. She is learning to walk on a leash and working on house training. She gets along with other dogs and plays with the other dogs in her foster home, non-stop. We will require another young, playful dog living in her new home for her to play with. She is just an all-around good girl.

They do not need to go together they are juat both in the same foster home in OKC. If you are interested learn more at the URL below 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Say hi to Clementine! Clementine is a 7-month-old Frenchton (French Bulldog/Boston Terrier) and weighs 15 lbs. She is a wonderful girl who gets along with other dogs and loves to play. Clementine is a typical puppy so will only be adopted to a family with another playful, active dog and will need patience as she is still learning basic manners and commands. Clementine is being fostered in Tulsa.
