“Run when you can, walk if you have to, crawl if you must; just never give up.” – Dean Karnazes. Please join us on April 1st at the Depot Green for the first Help, Hope, and Light 5k Run & Walk. The Festive Nest, Okie Outfitters, and The City of Muskogee are teaming up with Green Country Behavioral Health for this event that will benefit the Play for Paige 33 Foundation. Play for Paige 33 is a non-profit foundation that helps bring awareness to mental health and educates students that may struggle with depression and anxiety. The Help, Hope, & Light 5k Run & Walk is on Saturday April 1, 2023. It includes the following events: 5k Run & Walk and 1 Mile Walk.
